  Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Avon, Livingston County, New York on the formation of a subdivision. Such hearing is being held pursuant to Article III, Section 113-6 of the Avon Code and Section 276 and 277 of the Town Law.
  
  Whereas, Stephen Morsch, owner of real property located on 2706 Nations Road, in the Town of Avon, New York, Tax Map No. 52.-1-1.2, has filed an application for approval of a 2-lot subdivision.
  
  Please take notice that the Planning Board will hold the Public Hearing on June 15, 2026 in the board room of the Avon Town Hall, 23 Genesee Street, Avon, New York at 6:20P.M.

  Whereas, Douglas Baker, the owner of real property located at 4861 Jones Lane, in the Town of Avon, New York, Tax Map #34.-1-24.2, has filed an application for a front-yard setback variance, and accessory building in front of principle structure. Town Code 130– Schedule A states that minimum front-yard setback shall not be less than 60 feet in the LR zoning district and the structure will be 33 feet from the road requiring a 27-foot variance.
